As a native of South Carolina, Hollis grew up taking family trips to the coast throughout the year, spending as much of the summer "at the beach" as possible. The beaches of DeBordieu and Pawleys Island, as well as the old charm of Historic Georgetown, are familiar and well-loved areas, lending to both her love for and knowledge of the area.

Graduating from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, Hollis received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a minor in Economics. It was in Spartanburg, while working for Johnson Development & Associates, that Hollis became interested in real estate. She moved to Charleston after graduation to pursue that interest, working at a boutique firm for for 7+ years. It was there she also gained experience in home staging and property management, in addition to sales side of real estate. Joining Peace Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019, and now as a member of the Peace Groat Property Advisors team, Hollis is ready to help clients find the property of their Lowcountry dreams.

Hollis enjoys life settled in the Historic District of Georgetown with her husband John and two young daughters, Taylor and Ruthie - a family full of outdoor adventurers. When not on the water or in the woods with them, Hollis can also be found writing about her excursions as a published freelance writer in the outdoor industry.
